Cancellation Policy

I charge 30% of appointment cost for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. I charge 100% of the appointment for no shows (15 minutes past the appointment time). If you are unsatisfied with the results of your appointment please let me know within 3 days of the appointment to get in for a touch up! *I do not offer refunds on services* If it’s after the 3 days a new appointment will have to be made at full price. I want all my clients to be satisfied with their hair and feel their very best!
